The Real Estate Market is Changing - Buyer's Get Ready!

I am writing this blog today to let Buyers know that it is starting to become a Buyer's Market.  I am seeing some Price Decreases and Homes sitting on the market for longer than they have in the past 2 years. 

With this being said, I do believe if you are seriously considering buying a house, Now is the Time to do it!  The interest rates will probably continue to rise due to inflation.  Interest rates are still very good and I have several lenders waiting, who would be happy to talk to you about getting prequalified. 

With More Homes on the Market, you don't have to worry about things like "bidding wars", "price gouging", etc.  Some prices are still higher than they were a few years ago, but again, with inflation, the cost of goods to produce homes continues to be on the rise.  I do not foresee these cost going down anytime in the future. 

Homeowners will need to do more to spruce up their homes, make sure faulty items or deficient items are fixed and/or replaced prior to selling.
